Summary of A High Voltage LDO regulator
The LT3061 is a micropower, low-noise LDO regulator supporting 1.6V to 45V input with 100mA output. It features adjustable output via a 600mV reference, single-capacitor soft-start, and reverse battery protection. With low quiescent current (45μA) and shutdown current (<3μA), it offers high efficiency and noise performance in compact DFN or MSOP packages.

Description
The LT®3061 is a micropower, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates over a 1.6V to 45V supply range. The device supplies 100mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 250mV. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. The LT3061’s quiescent current is merely 45μA and provides fast transient response with a minimum 3.3μF output capacitor. In shutdown, quiescent current is less than 3μA and the reference soft start capacitor is reset.
