The LT8613 is a compact, high-efficiency, synchronous monolithic step-down regulator supporting 3.4V–42V input, up to 6A, and ultralow 3μA quiescent current. It offers rail-to-rail current sensing with monitor, fast 40ns switch-on, low 250mV dropout at 3A, selectable 200kHz–2.2MHz switching, internal compensation, output soft-start/tracking, and a thermally enhanced 3mm × 6mm 28-lead QFN package.
